Privacy Policy

Chili Pepper Consulting thrives on privacy! We love it and we get very angry when it's violated. It's *especially* aggravating when our privacy is violated through someone we associate with.

With that in mind, we will never, ever sell or give away any information gathered from our website. We don't like companies that peddle information in this way and we don't talk to companies that ask us to peddle our users' information. Heck, we're grouchy when talking to people we like, so let's not even think about conversing with spammer.

Your privacy is very important us!

That being said, here's what we collect for our own use and why:

IP addresses
Each computer on the Internet has at least one IP address that uniquely identifies it from all other computers on the Internet. Your IP is usually a number assigned by your internet service provider or network administrator to facilitate your ability to function on the internet.

IP addresses are used SOLELY to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our Web site, or to gather broad demographic information.

If you are uncomfortable with us gathering this information, please contact us and we will arrange to have your IP excluded from our files.

Traffic Stats
We keep traffic records to allow us to diagnose navigation flow problems, site functionality issues and to tell us what sections/pages rock (or don't, for that matter)

Email Addresses
If you fill out a form or send us an email, we will have your email. We will NEVER share it with anyone nor will we use it in the future to SPAM you. We will use it, in a timely manner, to reply to your correspondence. It will only be used in the future if you specifically ask for subscription to any of our mailing lists - and all correspondence will offer an "opt out".

On this site, we only use Cookies for one purpose, in one area. Our Text Size option manipulates the text size on this website to accommodate visitors who need larger text options. In order to allow the persistance of this user preference, we use a cookie with a "life span" of 30 days. If, for any reason, this causes an inconvenience, please don't hesitate to let us know. It was our opinion that the limited functionality of this cookie allowed us to offer this feature at no risk to our clients.
